Charles Vander Velden, a 2019 graduate of Pella High School, became the first registered apprentice through the Career Academy of Pella, part of a new and expanding work-based educational program in Marion County.

Central is just minutes away from several tasty local restaurants, including fast food, bakeries and coffee shops, many within walking distance.
For college students, coffee is king. Local coffee shops and Central’s Global Café make it easy for students to get a much-needed caffeine fix.
Pella’s town square, just a short walk from Central, is home to numerous shops, boutiques and unique experiences.
