The Central College family raised $126,437 through Giving Tuesday donations on Nov. 29.
The 4th annual Women’s Leadership Conference Nov. 17-20 welcomed 27 junior and senior women to network with alumni who shared perspectives on careers.
Phoebe Nishimoto, manager of international program logistics at Central, received the 2023-24 RISE Fellowship with the NAFSA Academy for International Education.

Central welcomed 200 students during the Iowa TRIO Conference which featured leadership skill-building activities centered around the theme of working to make our world a better place.
Central’s Service Day will be Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022. This day of service began in 2006. In 2021, 1,975 hours were donated from 630 volunteers.
Welcome Week will feature new programs to nurture and build upon Central’s culture of caring for others, engaged citizenship and inclusion.
Central was awarded two Upward Bound grants to support income-eligible, first generation Central students.
