Central College Raises $340,000 on Hoo-Rah Day

Ally Krogstad, professor of Spanish at Central College, will present “Pobreza y privilegio en Latinoamérica (Poverty and Privilege in Latin America)” from 7-8 p.m. Monday, April 11.
Central RED Society will present “A Glimpse Into Central College’s Fascinating Early History” with Bruce Boertje, a 1979 Central graduate, on Tuesday, April 19.
Central College will host its spring Neon Fun Run at 7 p.m. Friday, April 29.
Central RED Society will present “Fighting Back Against Parkinson’s” with Natasha Jansen Nikkel, a 2011 Central graduate, Tuesday, April 5.
Central College will welcome the works of Markus Haala to the Mills Gallery in the Lubbers Center for the Visual Arts from March 23 to April 20. His exhibit is titled “Nature Morte.”
Central’s music program will showcase three concerts in March.

The Central College Art Program and Central’s Students Against Sexual Assault are sponsoring an installation entitled “What Were You Wearing.” The exhibition runs March 2-10.
