Central College is promoting water awareness through interactive presentations and educational activities by hosting Water Week from April 1-5.
Central College alumni Jenae Jenison and Reid Evans were named as two of the Red Rock Area’s Top 10 under 40.
Central College will host its first volunteer event of the year Sept. 6 at Lake Red Rock. Students will gather trash, plant trees and collect prairie seed to help the Red Rock Lake Association.
Seniors Ryan McPherren and Ryan Dusil are heading up a project that is turning an unused, wooded area at Lake Red Rock into a place where children can discover the natural world.
