Central College will present Gilbert and Sullivan’s “HMS Pinafore,” a comic operetta in two acts, Nov. 17-20.
“Ice Works” by Jody Boyer is exhibited in the Central College Mills Gallery from Nov. 6 to Dec. 9.
Curtis Bauer, poet, translator and 1992 Central graduate, will read at the Fall 2022 Writers Reading Series.
Central’s fall line-up offers fun-filled entertainment — musical theatre, steel drum band, choirs and youth honor band.
Mills Gallery features: “Recollections: Objects of Memory” by Nadine Saylor, assistant professor of glass at the University of Nebraska Kearney.
Mat Kelly, Central professor of art and chair of the Department of Visual and Performing Arts, was selected to display his drawings, prints and handmade books at the Jordan House Museum in West Des Moines.
Central faculty welcomed seven new members and announced other changes for the 2022-23 academic year.
Central will welcome alumni, family and friends back to campus for Homecoming 2022 from Oct. 7-9.
Central RED Society will present “The Life and Music of Irving Berlin” with Jennifer Boerefyn Hart, a 1969 Central graduate, on Thursday, July 7.
