Central finished the 2021-22 fiscal year raising more than $7.8 million, successfully increasing donations by 2.4%.
Central received a generous gift of more than $100,000 from the estate of Tommi Hay Boeder, a former employee and 1974 graduate of the college who went on to become an ordained minister.
Central College students, employees, alumni, family and friends are invited to participate in the 53-Mile Challenge from March 1 to April 13. The challenge encourages the Central community to practice a healthy lifestyle through movement.
