Central enjoyed another record-breaking year in its fundraising efforts for the Journey Scholarship Fund and saw tremendous overall support for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.

Central set a new fundraising record during its fifth-annual Hoo-Rah Day April 13. In total, the college raised $343,217 to help support scholarships and programs.
Central received a generous gift of more than $100,000 from the estate of Tommi Hay Boeder, a former employee and 1974 graduate of the college who went on to become an ordained minister.

Helped by a lead gift from alumnus, longtime donor and former staff member Gary Dirksen, Central College has wrapped up a $30,000 fundraising project for COVID-19 test kits for student-athletes.
Work on phase three of the $18-million Forever Dutch ® initiative is speeding towards an April completion.
Central College students, employees, alumni, family and friends are invited to participate in the 53-Mile Challenge from March 1 to April 13. The challenge encourages the Central community to practice a healthy lifestyle through movement.
