Six months into the fiscal year, Central College hit a fundraising record that will continue its mission to make a quality education affordable.
The seven Braskamp siblings share a common passion — to honor their parents. A $700,000 endowment has been established in honor of their parents, Grace and Allan Braskamp.
Central College President Mark Putnam has announced his appointment of Karen Tumlinson as vice president for finance and administration and treasurer of the college.
Central will welcome the works of Delano Dunn to the Mills Gallery in the Lubbers Center for the Visual Arts from Nov. 8 to Dec. 10. His exhibit is titled “Delano Dunn: Dreams and Other Fables.” A virtual presentation with Dunn will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18.
Central’s education program has announced its 2021 Geisler Penquite Scholars.
