Central College will host award-winning author Chitra Divakaruni Sept. 24-26. Divakaruni’s keynote address, “My Amazing Journey,” is open to the public at 11 a.m. on Sept. 25 in Douwstra Auditorium.
Emily Saville ’15 learned to love nature as a child, and she has not forgotten this love as a young adult. In fact, Saville has been helping children discover the wonders of their environment as a Jasper County Conservation Board intern.

Central College was named to the 2013 President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll with Distinction by the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS).
