Italian cuisine and wine served at Central College

Central College will host an Italian dinner with wine pairings Feb. 21.

Designed to teach attendees about the food and wines of Italy, each course of traditional Italian cuisine will be paired with a different, complementary wine. Through the course of the meal, the finer points of each wine will be explained.

The dinner will start at 6:30 p.m. in the Dave and Ardith Sutphen Common Room. Cost is $40. To make a reservation, call 641-628-5334 or e-mailĀ reimert@central.edu. Reservations are needed by Feb. 19. The event is open to the public.
