Central College students will present a hilarious modern spin on Gilbert and Sullivan’s comic opera, “Trial by Jury,” Feb. 13 and 15 in the Cox-Snow Recital Hall. In this ludicrous musical satire, the jilted Angelina sues her fiancé for breaking their engagement. The one-act opera was a hit after its 1875 premiere in London and has been performed around the world ever since.
