Beth McMahon, director of Geisler Library, was recently selected for the 2015-2016 Association of College & Research Libraries (ACRL) New College Library Directors mentor program (NCLD). The ACRL, a division of the American Library Association, created the program to prepare college library directors and create a network participants can rely on throughout their careers. McMahon will meet with a mentor throughout the year and participate in a three-day seminar, online webinars and discussion group. McMahon is one of only 25 applicants awarded an ACRL scholarship to attend the seminar.
