Graci Martsching Zeiger ’10 has been hired as the new municipal manager in Waterbury, Vermont. Zeiger previously worked as a program manager for the Iowa Public Employee Retirement System and a facilitator for the Iowa Department of Education. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Certified Public Manager certificate from Drake University in Des Moines, and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Central.
