Central College’s Central RED Society will host “Spring Charcuterie Class” with Bryce Friederich, catering manager at Central, and Sarah Bergan, owner of Vowed Vintage.  This hands-on class will begin at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 6, Boat Moore Weller Rooms, Maytag Student Center on Central’s campus. The presentation begins at 5:30 p.m. with heavy appetizers. The class fee is $40. Space is limited to 40 participants.

Friederich and Bergan will lead a charcuterie building class including tips and tricks, cheese and wine pairings and take-home items to help make an impressive charcuterie board. Participants will be able to ask the designers questions and experiment with themes, flavors and designs.
