Central College hosts its spring fun run at 8 p.m. Friday, May 11. The 1.853-mile untimed event (honoring Central’s founding year) is open to everyone. It is free to participate, and each walker/runner gets free glow sticks and a glow-in-the-dark wristband as well as free water and snacks after the event.
The route both starts and finishes near the flagpole monument in front of Weller Center for Business and International Studies on the Central campus at the corner of W. 3rd and Independence streets.
The event is sponsored by Central’s student development office. To participate in this free event, please register online or come early the night of the race to register on site.
