Central College hosts its spring fun run April 28. This year, the 1.853-mile event (honoring Central’s founding year) is a glow run at 8 p.m. with free glow sticks, body paint and light wrist bands for safety. The run is not timed, and it is free to participate.
The route begins near the flagpole monument in front of Weller Center for Business and International Studies, with a finish line on the football field. Runners of any age are invited to participate — and warm up for Pella’s upcoming Klompen Classic 5K.
To register, complete this form online or at least 10 minutes before the race. The event is sponsored by student development — wellness, residence life and Campus Activities Board.
