Tunisian cuisine served at International Dinner

On March 1, Central College language assistant and Tunisian native Salma Rebhi will host an International Dinner featuring Tunisian foods.

The menu will feature traditional dishes including brik a l’oeuf i (tuna-filled pastry), salad méchouia with baguette (vegetable salad), vegetarian cous cous (the national dish of Tunisia), chicken cous cous, carrot salad and baklawa (similar to Greek baklava) for dessert.

Attendees must register by Feb. 26. The cost is $15 per person or $5 for Central students on a meal plan and children 6-10. Children under 6 are free.
